Welcome to the website for the Dogwood Trace Homeowners Association, located in Villa Rica, Georgia. Dogwood Trace was established in 2005 and is a community of 77 homes, complete with a pool, playground, and basketball court.

DWT is minutes from I-20 and a short distance from downtown Villa Rica, restaurants, grocery stores, schools, library, and hospital/healthcare facilities.

We are a non-profit organization with the purpose of serving the best interest of homeowners.
